WHO ARE THEY ?
They are humans.
When women are pregnant, the embryo or fetus inside of them is:

Pictures of embryos and fetuses show that they’re growing. Dead things don’t grow. They must be alive.

Embryos and fetuses belong to the same species as their parents.
They are people.
Humans have a history of stripping personhood from those who are different in some way.

We condemn those actions today because we’ve learned a critical lesson:
Every living human is a person. No matter what.
We shouldn’t kill preborn people.
It’s wrong to kill born children because they’re people, like us.
But if all living humans are people, that includes preborn children, too.
Abortion kills these people—violently. Chemical abortions starve and suffocate babies. Surgical abortions decapitate, dismember, and disembowel them.
